Help

How do I get my files?

Right after checkout you'll see a download button, and the same link arrives by email. Nothing is shipped.

I can't find my download email

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.

Which paper size should I print?

Printables include US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Pick the one that matches your printer paper and print at 100% scale.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, digital downloads can't be returned. If a file is faulty or won't open, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. Files are for your own personal use. You can print as many copies as you need for your own home, party or classroom.
